Genetta Hambrick Lewis

Genetta Hambrick Lewis, 89 of Bedford, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Bedford County Nursing Home. She was born on Wednesday, April 15, 1931 in Bedford County, a daughter of the late Hubert Henry Hambrick and Vera Ann Witt Hambrick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wilander Lewis.

She is survived by cousins, one niece, one nephews, several great nephews and a special friend, Lisa Anderson.

The family would like to thank everyone at the Bedford County Nursing Home for the care and attention given to Genetta while she was a resident.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
