Raynor Kay Horton

Raynor Kay Horton, 78, of Martinsville, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born October 22, 1941 in Carroll County, to the late Roscoe Joseph Horton and the late Mamie June Dalton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Raynor K. Horton, Jr. He served proudly in the United States Army, and had been in hotel maintenance for 45 years.

Mr. Horton is survived by his daughters, Mary Drapinski and Anita June Mabe; son, Freddie Dean Horton; daughter-in-law, Paulina Horton; brother, Roger Gray Horton; grandchildren, Freddie Dean Horton, Jr., Anita Sue Horton, Jennifer Horton Brophy, and Jessica Horton; great-grandchildren, Isabella Horton and Ryliegh Brophy; and his life partner, Lynn Brown.

All services will be private.
