Larry Wayne Agee

Larry Wayne "Poppa" Agee, 52, of Martinsville, died Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Sovah Health-Martinsville. He was born in Martinsville, Virginia on December 7, 1967 to Larry Thomas “Peanut” Agee and the late Jolly Dillon Agee. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Tracy Agee.

In addition to his father, he is survived by two daughters, Kayla Hairston (Isaiah) and Megan Agee; his fiancée, Donna Ortega-Wilson; four step-sons, Joseph Wilson, Juan Ortega-Wilson, Nicholas Ortega-Wilson and William Ortega Wilson; five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren; two brothers, Todd Agee (Lynzee) and Bruce Agee (Linda).

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 11:00 AM – Noon in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. A graveside will follow at the Mount Hermon Church of the Brethren Cemetery with Rev. Jason Alverson officiating.

Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
