Barbara Marcy Katz Hammond

Barbara Marcy Katz Hammond, 50, of Patrick Springs, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at home. She was born on March 16, 1970, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her parents were the late Gerald Katz and the late Judith Seckler Katz. She attended Central Florida Institute and had been employed as a Polysomnographic Technologist for five years.

Barbara loved nature and enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her sons, Michael Hammond (Ray Graves) and Steven Hammond; and two grandchildren, Scarlett Hammond and Frances Hammond; father, Robert Nelson; brothers, Bobby Nelson and Billy Nelson; aunts, June Larson, Margie Larson, and Judy Nelson; uncle, Oakie Nelson; and cousins, Jimmie Nelson and Eddie Nelson.
