Betty Lou Bower, 82, of Bassett, died Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Rocky Mounty Health and Rehab Center.
She was born in Patrick County on August 5, 1938 to the late Albert Via and the late Bessie Via. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Irvin F. Bower and two brothers, Carl Via and Wally Via.
She is survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
She was a member of the Blackberry Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Blackberry Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chad Janey officiating.
