In Loving Memory of Betty Jane Hill Picard, 91, of Vienna, VA formerly of Buchanan, VA passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
She is survived by two sons, two daughters, two grandchildren, and one brother. Funeral Services will be held 11am Saturday, October 1, 2022 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt.
