Scott Hutton Hundley

Scott Hutton Hundley age 78 of Axton, passed away Saturday Nov. 7, 2020 at his home. He was born July 8, 1942 in Pittsylvania County, VA to the late John Adams and Clarice Barker Hundley. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Scott Junior Hundley. Mr. Hundley worked for American Furniture for 40 years, and also worked as an auto mechanic. He was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church all his life.

He is survived by his wife Regina Martin Hundley of the home, one son, Donnie Hundley of the home, two sisters, Margaret Fain(Bruce) and Betty Jean Rudy(Dan), four brothers, Dan Hundley(Charlotte), Chester Hundley(Nancy), Ed Hundley(Phyllis), and Tony Hundley(Ann), two grandchildren, Rhonda Hundley Sams(Judson), and Christopher Hundley, six great grandchildren, Trenton Sams, Faith Sams, Lindsey Sams, Jaylynn Hankins, Jordan Hankins, and Jaxson Hankins.

His Graveside service will be Tuesday Nov. 10, 2020 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Phillip Woods, Rev. Jeff Evans, and Rev. George Agnew officiating.
