Robert Allen Hope

Robert Allen Hope, 90, of Roanoke passed away on November 27, 2020.

A native of Ohio he was the husband of the late Patricia Conley Hope and the son of Irvin Hope and Gertrude Winegar Hope, both deceased. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a graduate of Ohio State University and was Landscape Architect for the Blue Ridge Parkway. Robert was a member of Lake Drive Church of Christ.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Rebecca McDonnel and husband David, four sons, Joel Hope and wife Shiely, David Hope and wife Tammy, Timothy Hope, and Stephen Hope; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; his brother, Jack Hope and wife Pat; and numerous other extended family members.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 4, 2020 in Sherwood Memorial Park.
