Phyllis Jean Hawkins, 87 of Bedford passed away on December 4, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Willard Moran Dalton and Virginia Dolly Mitchell Dalton. She was also predeceased by her husband Carroll Lee Hawkins and her son, Robert S. Hawkins.
