Kenneth Leroy Marsico

Kenneth Leroy Marsico, 81, husband of Katherine Lowe Marsico, walked into the presence of the Lord on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. He was a native of Roanoke and was the son of the late John F. Marsico and Trula G. Rakes. He was also preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.

Kenneth was a man of many interests including golfing, hunting and fishing. He was a natural born comedian, and always the life of the party who could say the funniest things with ease. He was a veteran of the US Army and later retired as an industrial coatings plant manager.

In addition to his loving wife of more than 50 years and loyal caregiver, Katherine, his memory will live on in his son, David W. Marsico; granddaughter, Megan Rowland; great-granddaughters, Skyler and Natalie Rowland.

A graveside service will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Brian Gordon officiating. The family will speak to friends following the service at the cemetery.
