Sherry Dean White Pugh

Sherry Dean White Pugh, 72, of Pughs Drive, Lynchburg, went to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 3, 2021.  She was the loving wife of Clifford “Cliff” O’Neal Pugh, Sr.
Born in Charlotte County, January 23, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Vergie Hodges and Julian Thomas White.  Sherry was a member of Faith Baptist Church where she was active with the Missionary Ministry.  She retired from Thomasville as a warehouse manager.  Sherry enjoyed riding motorcycles, her golf cart, visiting the mountains and her fur babies. 
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Clifford O’Neal “Neal” Pugh, Jr., and wife, Lisa and Markas Pugh and wife Christy all of Lynchburg; one brother, David White and wife, Irene of Lynchburg; one sister, Jacquelyn Grishaw and daughter, Zoey Grishaw of Red House; three grandchildren; three grandchildren by marriage; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold White. 
A graveside service will be held 12 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Liberty Cemetery with Pastor Dr. Leeland Dittman officiating. 
Mrs. Pugh will be available for viewing on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Robinson Funeral Home.
