J. I. Neugent, 82, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Monday, January 4, 2021, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born August 11, 1938 in Henry County, Virginia to the late Paul and Blanche Hale Neugent.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, John Neugent.
Mr. Neugent is survived by daughters, Amy Norris, Kim Blevins, and Betty Musser; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
