Timothy Lee “Tim” Simpkins, 33, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021. He was born July 29, 1987, in Martinsville, Virginia to Shirley Marie Bernard Simpkins and the late Johnny Carl Simpkins. He was a graduate of Bassett High School.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers, Jerry Hiatt and Tommy Moore.
