Nancy Johnson Goin

Nancy Alice Johnson Goin, 83, of Spout Spring, died Thursday, January 14, 2021, at her residence. She was the wife of Robert Henry Goin.

Born in Lynchburg, VA, on August 31, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Jannie Mayberry and Willis Harrison Mayberry. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and retired from Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center.

In addition to her husband, Robert she is survived by a daughter, Tammy J. Allen and Scott Miller of Spout Spring; a son, Clark G. “Butch” Johnson, JR. and Debbie of Rustburg; five grandchildren, Lezlie Cheyenne Miller, Christina Dawn Allen, Jeffrey Wayne Allen, Kelly Nicole Johnson, Eric Christopher Johnson; six great-grandchildren, Adrianna Hope Allen, Zane Alexander Allen, Jase Tyler Allen, Autumn Jade Bryant, Autumn Brooke Hall, and Serenity Rayne Bryant; and a sister, Joyce Eagle.

She was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Darrell Johnson; three sisters, Annie Mayberry, Rosa Mayberry, and Daisy Mann; and two brothers, Jack Mayberry and Roy Mayberry.
