Steven Carson

Steven Thomas Carson, 67 of 7565 Leesville Road, Lynch Station, died Saturday, January 16, 2021. He was the husband of Patricia Logwood Carson.

He was born August 17, 1953 in Campbell County to the late James Thomas Carson Sr. and Kitty Vaughan Carson. He was also preceded in death by aunts Bernice Vaughan Anthony, Eleanor Vaughan Beard, and an uncle, Herman Vaughan; cousins John Vaughan, and Geraldine Vaughan Haskins and uncle Donnie Carson.

He was a retired machinist from Brown Machine Company.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a brother Shawn Carson ( Kathy); nephew Luther Carson, aunt Judy Carson Evans (Keister), uncle Kenneth Carson (Peggy), stepdaughters Kristy Cox Rodriguez and Niki Jo Pinto (Moises); step-son Alfred Frankie Mayhew III (Kayley), Michael Thomas Moses, and eight grandchildren: Austin and Loren Olivarria Cox; Melanie and Nella Pinto; Clara, Faren, Edith, and Alfred Frankie Mayhew IV.

He is survived by cousins, Leslie Anthony, Larry Anthony, Carole Anthony Poland, David Anthony, Betty Jean Vaughan, and Romayne Beard.

There will be a graveside service at the Vaughan Family Cemetery Saturday, January 23rd at 11 a.m. There is no visitation.
