Crystal Ann Smith

Crystal Ann Smith, age 32 of Pulaski went to her heavenly home Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. Born September 9, 1988 in Wytheville she was the daughter of Henry Lee Altizer and Pamela Lee Slusher Altizer. Her grandmother, Virty Altizer, aunt, Vickie Slusher and grandfather, James W. Slusher also preceded her in death.
