Judy Fitzgerald Rogers

Judy Fitzgerald Rogers passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at VCU Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born March 22, 1964 in Rocky Mount, Va. to the late Annie Mae and George Raymond Fitzgerald. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, George Raymond Fitzgerald, Jr. and Allen Hodges.
She worked at Bassett Walker for several years and later at Shenandoah and Nautica.
She will be remembered most as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 38 years, John Edward “Eddie” Rogers; children, Sabrina Rogers (Tim), Steven Rogers (Shelby), Kimberly Rogers, Michael Rogers (Deleigh) and Michelle Rogers; and eleven grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Lisa Brown, Roxie Fields (Joseph), David Fitzgerald (Melissa), Joshua Fitzgerald (Hope), Danny Fitzgerald (April), Joseph Fitzgerald (Nikki); and many nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held for the immediate family. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
