Mary Jane Lackey

Mary Jane Lackey, 81, of Collinsville, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Sovah Health-Martinsville. She was born on April 12, 1939 in Bassett to the late William Howard Joyce and the late Annie Zola Dehart Joyce.  In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie Lackey.
Mary is survived by her siblings, Millie Mabe, Barbery McLawhorn, Jimmy Joyce and Robert Joyce (Terri); nephews, William McLawhorn and Travis Joyce.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM Mount Hermon Church of the Brethren cemetery in Bassett with Pastor Noel Naff officiating.
Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
