Maxine Hall Travis

Maxine Hall Travis, 60, of Martinsville, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her home. She was born on October 26, 1960 in Franklin County to the late Vernia Leo Hall, I and Sharon Martin Hall.  In addition to her father, Maxine was preceded in death by her brother, V. L. Hall; sisters, Justine Hall and Vanessa Hall.
Maxine is survived by her loving husband, Doug Travis; sons, Chad Rose (Betty), Scotty Rose (Wendy).and Nicky Rose (Jennifer); brother, Marty Hall; sisters, Tammy Kaufholz; 4 grandchildren; her best friends, Brenda Briggs and Eddie Adkins; numerous nieces nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Daystar Baptist Church Cemetery in on Moores Mill Road in Horsepature.  The family will receive friends at Chad Rose’s home at 1008 Askins St. Martinsville at any time.
