Evelyn Hope Scott of Bassett entered the arms of Jesus on Thursday, February 18, 2021 in Sovah Health – Martinsville Hospital. She was born on February 18, 2021 in Martinsville to Matthew Austin Scott and Alexas Danielle Casey. She was preceded in death maternal great-grandparent, Judy Cooley and Uncle Evan.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn is survived by a brother, Grayson Cody Scott; maternal grandparents, Angela and Mike Barrow of Axton and Earnest Casey of Axton; paternal grandparents, Jade Scott of Fieldale and Don Scott of Bassett; paternal great-grandparents, Norma and Jay Manning and Uncle Lynn
