Vickie Lee Stuart

Vickie Lee Stuart, 55, of Martinsville, died Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at her home. She was born in Martinsville on October 4, 1965 to the late Daife Hooker and the late Peggy Sue Wolfe Hooker. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Chapman.

She is survived by a daughter, Jessica Sparks (fiancé, Johnathon McCoy); one son, Christopher Hooker (Rebecca Hooker); grandchildren, Hannah Hooker, Ronnie Wyatt, Hailee Hooker, Savanna Sparks, Kailyn Carter, Jason Waller, Jr. and Aiden Hooker; sister, Sarah Nunley.

Friends may stop by the funeral home, Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM to sign the register book and view. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 3:00 PM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Timmy Waller and Rev. James Clifton officiating.

The family suggests contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses instead of flowers.

Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
