Charles Preston Hall

Charlie Preston Hall, 85, passed away on Tuesday March 9, 2021, at Rich Creek Heritage Hall. A beloved husband, stepfather, grandfather, and great-grandfather he will be deeply missed by family and friends all around. He was born on November 27, 1935 in Radford, Va. and was an Army Veteran. “Preston” was a man of character that cared for his family and always made sure everyone was taken care of – especially “Pat”.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Helen “Pat” Harmon Hall and stepson Bobby Joe Turner. He is survived by his family – stepchildren, daughter, Patty Turner Simerly and stepson, William O. Turner Jr. (Spook); grandchildren, Willie Moses, III (Amy), Angela L. Whitt (Rob), Jennifer Turner Warren (Marcus), Matthew Turner (Beth), Jamie Turner, and many great-grandchildren and loved ones.

The family will have a private memorial service where he will be laid to rest beside the love of his life at West View Cemetery, in Radford, Va.
