Annette Cassell Harper

Annette Cassell Harper, 86, of Roanoke peacefully went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was preceded by her parents, George and Myrtle Jackson Cassell; brother, Nolan Cassell; and sons, Neil and Bruce Harper.

Annette made her profession of faith at the age of 16 years old. She was a member of East End Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Kersey Harper; grandchildren, Tara (Chris) Williams, Amanda (Robert) Ketchum; great grandchildren, Bryson and Austyn Williams, and Grady Ketchum; brother, Glen Cassell; daughter-in-law, Joyce Harper; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Troy Mueller. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
