Gregory Kenneth Burgart

Gregory Kenneth Burgart, 60, of Martinsville, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was born August 1, 1960 in Martinsville, Virginia, to Royal Clay Burgart and the late Elsie Hodges Burgart.

He had attended Better Life Ministries, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cutting trees. He was the owner and operator of Burgart Tree Service. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Elizabeth Lawson Burgart; and his sister, Sherry Regina Alley.

Gregory is survived by his son, Kenneth Burgart; his sister, Nadine Hendricks; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends,
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 5:00 P.M., at Wright Funeral Service. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
