Robert Lee Grogan

Robert Lee Grogan, 74, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at his home. Robert was born November 25, 1946 in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Buford Thomas and Mary Loveless Grogan. He was employed by Hooker Furniture, American Furniture, and Lowes. Robert attended Rich Acres Christian Church.

In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his sister, Lorene G. Mitchell; brother-in-law, Rogers Mitchell; and nephew Keith Mitchell.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Frances ‘Cindy” Hopkins Grogan; two daughters, Leslie Ann Agee (Ted) and Sharon Lee Roberts (Darrell); sons, Robert Michael Grogan and Robert “Robbie” Christopher Grogan; brother, Thomas Howard Grogan; grandchildren, Montana Alexis Kendrick, Mark Anthony Roberts, Miracle Taylor Grogan, Robert Michael Grogan, and Nevaeh Nicole Grogan; and one nephew, Roscoe Mitchell (Joan).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
