Anthony Maurice Hodge

Anthony Maurice Hodge, 45, of Martinsville, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at his residence. He was born June 12, 1977, in Martinsville, to James “Nub” Gravely and Dennis Leon Hodge and Nancy Wade Hodge.

He had been employed by Trinity Packaging as a machine operator. He attended Laurel Park High School; and enjoyed good music and hanging with the fellows.

In addition to his parents, Anthony is survived by his son, Josh Tate; sister, Tanisha Martin (Marcus) and brother, Aldric O. Hodge.

The funeral will be Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Elder Chris Hairston officiating. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Wilson Family Cemetery, 1860 Water Oak Road, Callands, Virginia.
