Trinity James Hood

Trinity James Hood, 42, of Collinsville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at his residence. He was born November 6, 1979, in Martinsville, Virginia to Debra Sue Matherly Hood and the late Paul Leon Hood. He enjoyed fishing, football and bowling.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gloria Matherly.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kacey Gunter Hood; sons, Trinity Surber, Tyler Hood, Matthew Walker and Justin Gunter; sister, Jessica Davis; brother, Wayne Davis; and stepdad, Donald Davis.

There will be a memorial service on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 11:00 A. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
