Luther Willie Wagoner

Luther Willie Wagoner, 68, of Bassett, died Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his home.  He was born in Martinsville on August 1, 1952 to the late Fred Wagoner and the late Rachel Rife Wagoner.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Tony Wagoner; sisters, Christine Deal, Reva Crowder, Lula Brown, Naylene Nichols, Bernice Davis, Timy Chapman and brothers, Johnny Wagoner and Howard Wagoner.
He is survived by one son, Rev. Ricky Wagoner; two grandsons, Ricky Wagoner, Jr. and Calvin Gallimore; brother, Billy Wagoner; sister, Jean Bradbury and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel.  A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM in the Henry Memory Park with Rev. Ricky Wagoner officiating.
