Cedric Odell Witt, Jr (Junior), 67, of Moneta, Virginia, passed away July 29, 2021 at Lynchburg General Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on June 25, 1954 in Bedford County, a son of Cedric Odell Witt and Annie Gertrude Wilson. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janet Robertson Witt, and his brothers, Barry Witt and Stephen Ray Witt. Junior loved fly fishing and skiing the Rocky Mountains. He was a member of the Bedford Moose Lodge # 1897, and the Elks Club. He is survived by his sisters and brother-in-law, Carol Witt Johnson, Jack Johnson; Cindy Shevos, and Glennie Witt. Services are being provided by Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton, Virginia. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
