Rachel Elaine Rakes Price, 63, of Bassett, Virginia passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, at her home. She was born January 17, 1958, in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Clarence and Ruth Setliff Rakes. She enjoyed playing the guitar, music and watching movies.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Katherine Setliff; and brother, Roger Rakes.
She is survived by her daughter, Keela Rakes; and her son, Michael Martin; brother, Billy Rakes; and grandchildren, Nicolas Martin, Ryan Martin and Haley Martin.
