Shelia Ann Valentine

Sheila Ann Valentine, 53, of Martinsville, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. She was the daughter of the late Portia Valentine Jordan and Eddie June Hairston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Early and Sophia Valentine.

She was employed by First Piedmont for 10 years in Customer service. She graduated from West Side High School, and loved Bingo, reading, house music, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sheila is survived by her daughters, India Valentine, Priscilla Valentine, and Tayesha Whitehead (Jequan); son, Dwayne Valentine; sister, Angela Valentine Harley (Johnny); and brother, Bruce Valentine (Sandra).

The service will be Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel, with visitation 30 minutes prior to the service. Public Viewing will also be Friday, September 17, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Wright funeral Service Chapel.
