Kimberly Ann Cano

Kimberly Cano, 54, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at her home in Roanoke, Virginia.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Alfonso Cano, daughter Amanda Cano, and four year-old granddaughter Oriana.
Originally from Seaside Heights, New Jersey, Kim and her family moved to Roanoke to be closer to her sister Kathy and husband Terry after the sudden loss of their son, her nephew, Noah.
Kim was an artistic soul who enjoyed painting, making jewelry and all types of crafts. She had an incredible love for animals, especially owls, and leaves behind a loyal dog named Coco.
She worked in the medical field for many years and was most fulfilled by helping others.
Kim loved to spend time with her granddaughter, Oriana. They loved to dance to old music, play dress up, do crafts, and watch movies together. She loved her husband, Alfonso, dearly and appreciated the support he continued to show throughout their lives together. Her daughter, Amanda, was her very best friend and the love Kim had for her family will never be forgotten.
