Pete Dillon

Pete Dillon, 84, of Martinsville, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Martinsville Health & Rehab. He was born February 13, 1937, in Henry County to the late Frank and Mary Hutcherson Dillon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Moore Dillon; sisters, Lucy Moore, Nancy Cruise and Maggie Dillon; and brother, Jim Dillon.

Mr. Dillon was a member of Old Well Christian Church. He enjoyed car racing, especially Ford drivers, and gardening. He had been employed by Henry County Pallet.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Dillon Kiser (Eddy); brother, John Henry Dillon, Sr.; grandchildren, Heather Ziglar (Kenny) and Patrick (Leigh Anne) Kiser; and great-grandchildren, Hunner, Lena, and Harper.

A memorial service will be Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Wright Funeral Service at 4:00 P.M. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
