Mindy Nicole Ross

Mindy Nicole Ross, born on June 24, 1985 in Flint, MI, died in Bassett, VA on November 1st, 2021 at 36 years old. Mindy was a daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, and friend. Mindy loved her family, especially her children-even when she wasn’t always able to show. She was a proud mother all the way until the end. She was also a very loyal friend. Our good moments together with Mindy will live on forever in all of our minds and hearts. If you had the opportunity to meet Mindy, she was impossible to forget. She had a beautiful , fierce, blue eyes and a smile that could hypnotize. She had a beautiful voice and she loved to sing whenever she was happy. Whenever she was smiling or singing, she became magical.
Mindy is survived by her three children, Sadie, Marshall and Ebin Ross; her mother, Lisa Rae Smith, ; her sister, Maria Haramboure; her two brothers, Ricardo Haramboure and Travis Jakubik, her two nieces, Ariana Rostron and Calista Haramboure. Her aunts, Lori Goulet, Sandra Reyes and Vicki Reyes; her uncle, Edward Jakubik. She follows her father, Leonard Jakubik, her grandmother, Laura Smith and her cousin, Corey Reyes. “May her soul rest in peace.”
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Hwy, Bassett, VA at 1:00 PM
