Ellen J. Walker

Ellen J. Walker, 69, of Patrick Springs, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Sovah Health Martinsville.  She was born in Patrick Springs on January 10, 1952 to the late Junior Biggs and the late Vera J. Biggs.  She was also preceded in death by a half sister, Debra Walker and special companion, Don Nester.
Ellen was a member of Faith Fellowship of Bassett and The Red hat Chamice Society. 
Ellen is survived by her son, Kenny Deal of Bassett; daughters, Lisa Murphy (J.R.) of Bassett and Rebecca Bailey (Tony) of Bassett; half brother, Jimmy Wayne Walker; half sister, Mary Ruth Tullock; grandchildren, Chris Bowles, Brittney Deal, Breanna Bowles, Justin Deal, Johnathan Deal, Austin Deal, Zach Bell, Emma Deal and Braydan Deal; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Bowles, Cholee Bowles, Blaine Morris, Trent Morris and Byrlee Morris; 2 uncles; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the funeral home.
