Lawrence Huffman

Lawrence Huffman, 90, of Bassett, Virginia passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, at his home. He was born July 16,1931 in Konnarock, Virginia to the late Walter Huffman and Stella Mae Mcneail Huffman. He was a member of Gospel Road Baptist Church. Lawrence served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, building bird houses, and working on his truck.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Rachel Johnston, and Mabel Ellis; brothers, Earl Huffman, Walter Huffman Jr., Lundy Huffman; grandson, D.L. Bullins.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Angie Huffman; daughters, Wanda Bullins (Clyde), and Tabatha “Tabby” Link ous (Rex); sons, Randy Huffman, Gary Huffman; brother, R.C. Huffman; grandchildren, Bradley Arrington, Michael Bullins, Jessica Young (Tank), Samantha Linkous, Zack Linkous; great grandchildren, Tyler Arrington, Gabby Arnold, Kayden Hughes, Axl Robbins, Marlee Horton, Jameson Horton, and Aiden Bullins.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Bill Richardson officiating. Visitation will be held one half hour prior to the service. at Wright Funeral Chapel.
