Carlton Eanes, Jr.

Carlton Eugene Eanes, Jr., 61, of Fieldale, passed away December 6, 2021. He was born December 30, 1959, in Martinsville, to Carolyn Ashby and the late Carlton Eugene Eanes, Sr.

Carl was owner/operator of “Karaoke Carl” & DJ. He loved cooking, karaoke and singing.
He was a man of many voices, and he was very well known for sharing his passion with many people throughout the area. The smiles and joy he passed on through his music and singing will live on forever. Carl is now as free as a bird and will always be loved and remembered.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Dee Eanes; and a grandson, Holden Eanes.

Carl is survived by his mother; sister, Martha Eanes Matherly (Roy Hall, III); daughter, Amanda Perdue (Joshua); son, Carlton “Gene” Eugene Eanes, III (Alisha); and grandchildren, Gavin Trent, Logan Mann, Bryce Byrd, Hunter Eanes and Liam Eanes.
