Vanessa Dale Hairston

Vanessa Dale Hairston, 68 of Ridgeway, Va. transitioned on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Sovah Health Martinsville, Va. She was born November 17, 1953 in Henry County, a daughter of the late Helen Hairston.

She is survived by one daughter, Leesette Hairston, of Bear, Del.; one son, Ricardo Hairston, of the home; and one sister, Tracey Hairston, of the home.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Hines Funeral Services with the Rev. Merinda Easley, officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, Va. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one half hour prior to the funeral and will be at the home at 1898 Old Mill Road, Ridgeway, Va. at other times.
