Antoine Demond "Big Sauce" Harper

Antoine Demond Harper, also known as “Big Sauce” 46, of Fieldale, Virginia passed away Saturday, January 08, 2022, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born May 6, 1975, in Martinsville, Virginia to Mary Marie Harper and the late Herman Douglas White.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rebecca Harper; uncles, Billy and Calvin Harper; aunts, Gloria “Faye” Rumley and Ruby Callaway.

Antoine was known as a gentle giant, a very loving and caring person. He was a member of Way of Truth Holiness Church. He was a family man, loved sports, cooking and was an electrical specialist.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Demetrius Inge (Mechie), and John Inge (Nuk); and five grandchildren; former wife, Barbara “Michelle” Inge; aunt, Dorothy Wray; uncle, Kermit Harper; and many cousins and friends.

A funeral will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 12:00 Noon at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
