Malik Delinoir Douglas

Malik Delinoir Douglas, 25, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Friday, January 14, 2022. He was born October 10, 1996, in Eden, North Carolina to James E. Douglas and Melva Denise Dandridge. He was a handyman for Hodge Landscaping and a member of Bethel United Way of the Cross Church. He enjoyed watching the Steelers,and hanging out with his daughter and friends. He loved his family and good food especially cornbread, macaroni and cheese and pot roast.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elizabeth Robinson and Melvin Dandridge.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Alaia Douglas; sisters, Atiya Douglas, Shante Dandridge and Raven Douglas; brother, James Douglas III; grandparents, James Edward Douglas, Sr. from Pennsylvania and Viola Dandridge; god sister, Princess McHeimer; god brothers, Shawn Fuller and LaQuon DeShawn Moss.

A funeral will be held Friday, January 28, 2022, at 1:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. A floating visitation will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, form 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be private.
