Daniel Lee Compton, 37, of Fieldale, died Saturday, January 15, 2022 at his home. He was born in Martinsville on September 5, 1984 to Carrie “Squeaky” Compton and the late Steve Daniel Compton.
In addition to his mother, survivors include a son, Aaron Daniel Compton; brother, David Compton; sisters, Patricia Beth Inman and Tonya Barbour Hooks; grandfathers, John “Mickey” Craddock and Elijah “Peewee” Compton.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 24, 2022 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel. A private burial will be held in Roselawn Burial Park.
Due to the governor’s requirements for COVID 19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing should be observed when visiting the funeral home.
