Garry Lewis Hairston

Garry Lewis Hairston, 52, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at his home. He was born March 5, 1969 in Martinsville, Virginia to the late James and Narcissa Elizabeth Cobbs Hairston. He had worked at Food Lion and graduated from Laurel Park High School. He enjoyed WWE Wrestling, talking, The New York Giants, and Georgetown College Basketball.

He is survived by his brothers, Lamont N. Hairston, David Leon Hairston (Thelma), Curtis Eugene Hairston (Shena), Donald Lee Hairston and Jimmy Carter.

There will be a funeral on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 1:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
