Lena M. Holland

Lena M. Holland, 90, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Willie Sloan and Julia Pugh Sloan. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband, Johnson Ralph Hardy and Howard Holland; 4 brothers; 5 sisters; 3 daughters; and 4 sons.

Surviving are sons and daughters, Danny Hardy and wife, Mary and Ricky Hardy and wife, Leona and Joyce, Lois, Earline and Lilly; a brother, Robert Sloan and wife, Marie; grandchildren, Donnie, Melissa, Christina, Ricky, Greg and Tammie; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Amanda, Makayla, Dakota, Cheyenne, Brandon, Austin, Eric, Haley and Jacob; great-great-grandchildren, Ana, Neyva, Sofia, Gabriel, Aries, Maddie and Bentley.

A celebration of Lena’s life will be held 11 am, Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Garden City Bible Fellowship, 3504 Bandy Road, Roanoke, Va. with Pastor Barry Witt officiating.
