Marvin Wayne Wood

Marvin Wayne Wood of Bedford, born October 11, 1954, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022 surrounded by family and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Esther and Everette Wood Sr, one brother, Everette Wood Jr, and two sisters Deborah and Shirly Wood.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Fusco (Tom) and Tracy Wood, grandchildren Kiersten Grant (Mason), Angelina Fusco, Ethan Werner, Caleb Fusco, Justin Werner, Aiden Letzerich and Henry Letzerich, sister-in-law Robin Wood, son-in-law Jeff Letzerich, his friend and mother of his children Judy Wood, and a host of cousins and extended family.
Marvin was a truck driver for many years for both long distance and regional companies. He was known for his easy-going personality, loyalty, and kindness.
A private graveside memorial service will be held for family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Lupus Foundation of America, Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, or the National Alliance of Mental Illness Northern Virginia.
