Samuel "Shike" McDonald Tolbert

SAMUEL (“SHIKE”) MCDONALD TOLBERT, 62 of Rocky Gap, VA passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 at his home. He was born July 23, 1959 in Bluefield, WV, the son of Elmer Eugene & Faye Gills Tolbert.
“Shike” enjoyed logging with his father, being a mechanic and working in his garage. He always had a smiling face for everyone he met. He loved his family and his cousins dearly and will be missed by those who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Eugene Tolbert, his wife, Connie Steele Tolbert and several aunts and uncles.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Faye Gills Tolbert; his daughter Kellie Marie Tolbert; and several cousins and special friends.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Cumiford-Stowers Cemetery in the Dry Fork community of Rocky Gap, VA.
