Mary Pickford Dalton

Mary Pickford Dalton, 82, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born April 17, 1939, in Henry County, Virginia to the late William H. Kellam and Mary Bethel Kellam. She enjoyed watching soap operas, sitting on the porch, watching children and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Shiloh Temple Apostolic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Bernard Dalton.

She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Dalton; sister, Betty Ann Moon; brothers, Daniel Kellam, Jerome Kellam, William Kellam, Gregory Kellam and Joseph Kellam; grandchildren, Chasity Dalton and Tiaira Jacobson; great grandchildren, Breana Dalton, Keyonia Adams, Nicholas Jacobson; great-great grandchildren, Kyren Adams and Lucien Adams and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

The funeral will be Friday, March 18, 2022, at 11:00 A. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Bishop James Millner officiating. Burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens. A floating visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 3:00 P. M. to 5:00 P. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
