VIRGINIA CAROL SMITH, 70, of Bland, VA, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022 at her home.
She was born June 10, 1951 in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Clifford, Sr. & Lucy Vance Newsome.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Raymond Smith, Sr.
