Barbara Ann Woodward

Mrs. Barbara Ann Woodward, age 90 of Ridgeway, VA passed away on July 9, 2025.

Mrs. Woodward was born on January 10, 1935 to James “Jim” Angle and Louise Moses Fulcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Kenneth Leon Woodward and a brother, Pete Moses. She was a member of Collinsville Baptist Church and was a member of a Quartet at Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church in Collinsville. She enjoyed reading her Bible, traveling and spending time at the Outer Banks . She also loved baking, gardening and pier fishing. She enjoyed being with her family especially with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Woodward is survived by her children; Michael H. Brown (Michelle), Lynn W. Irby (Stuart), Katherine Shilling, Kenneth L. Woodward, Jr. , adopted daughters; Lisa Marshall and Terri Newsome, grandchildren; Michael H. Brown Jr. (Deondra), Kenneth Clay Woodward (Brittany), William L. Shilling III (Rhiannon), Joshua L. Shilling (Aleah), Lindsey W. Irby, Barbara K. Irby, Kaitlin P. Brown and Justin T. Brown, great grandchildren; William L. Shilling IV, Sophia Brown, Bella Kate Shilling and Nora Dove Shilling.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Roselawn Burial Park with Reverend Brandon DuPont officiating.
