Barbara Lucille Bobbitt Walls, 73, of Roanoke passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, Early Bobbitt and Ada Hayes Bobbitt; a son, Tracy Walls; brother, Wayne Bobbitt; brother-in-law, Lester D. Hood, Jr.   She is survived by her husband of 53 years, James R. Walls; son, Jeffrey Walls (Kelly); sisters, Gail Stultz (Roger) and Linda Pendelton (Roger); brother, Michael Bobbitt (Toni); sisters-in-law, Betty Wymer (Robert), Nancy English (Dennis) and Patricia Souse (Jackey).The family will receive friends Monday, July 17, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm, at Lotz Funeral Home, 305 East Washington Avenue, Vinton. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be conducted 11 am, Tuesday, July 18 at East Gate Church of the Nazarene, 2002 East Gate Avenue, NE, Roanoke with Reverend George Stevenson and Pastor Shannon Harris officiating.
