Barbara P. Hall

Barbara "Bobbie" Powers Hall, 84, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Edward John and Thelma Hicks Powers. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Powers and her former husband, John A. Hall.

Barbara was a graduate of William Fleming High School and spent her professional career working for Blue Cross, John A. Hall & Company and Lweis Gale Clinic.

She is survived by her sister, Martha Bowman (Johnny); sister-in-law, Nancy Powers; nieces, Jill Hanes and Wendy Mills; nephews, Dale Hankins, David Hankins and Eddie Powers; great-nieces & nephews, Hunter, Madison, Gage, Demi, and Austin; as well as her many friends at Stonehenge.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the Chapel of Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road with Chaplain Tammy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
